Message From Your Physician

Thank you for visiting the web site of Philip H. Ireland, MD. I am a Board certified orthopaedic surgeon and have been delivering orthopaedic care in Indianapolis and surrounding area for more than 30 years. The purpose of creating this web site is to familiarize with you with my orthopaedic practice, dedicated staff and the services we provide.

Every patient deserves the direct attention and examination of their physician. As a solo physician you can be sure you will receive my personal attention. I take all of my own call coverage for emergencies, except when I am out of town, so you will not have to be cared for by a physician that you have never met.

All of the staff at Ireland Hip & Knee Surgery strives to make your visit as comfortable as possible. We respect your time, and provide you with the personal touch. Our goal is to provide you with a clear alternative to the factory assembly line approach of many large specialty groups.

Our phones are answered by a person, not a machine and because of the long-term experience of our staff; your call is always answered in an efficient manner. Our office strives to establish a Doctor/Patient relationship that is open and honest, and we welcome your questions.
